Overview
Gringotts is the goblin-run bank Harry visits with Hagrid during his first trip to Diagon Alley. The journey to its underground vaults establishes its elaborate security. Later events challenge the assumption that a strongly guarded institution must be completely secure, while also revealing tensions over ownership and trust.
