Preferences on your device
Your theme and book spoiler limit are stored in your browser’s local storage under keys beginning with hidavo-; the theme also uses starlight-theme to stay consistent across article pages. They are used to remember your reading preferences and are not submitted to an application database. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them.
Searches
Search is performed in your browser using the site’s downloadable search index. The search term appears in the page URL so you can bookmark or share it. URLs may appear in your browser history and in hosting request logs when a page is requested.
Hosting and fonts
The production site is intended to be served through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers process requests and connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser fetches them; system fonts are used if the request fails.
Correction drafts
The correction form prepares text locally. It does not submit a report or create a server-side record. If you choose to copy or download the draft, you decide how and with whom to share it.
Future changes
If advertising, analytics, accounts or online submissions are introduced, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated before those features are enabled.
For questions, see Contact & corrections.
